Contact
There is no contact form here on purpose: a form would collect your message and your address into a database that does not need to hold either. Email reaches a person directly.
General enquiries
info@fontserver.ir — questions about the service, about embedding a family, or about running your own instance.
Copyright and takedown
abuse@fontserver.ir — if you hold rights in a typeface published here and believe it should not be, write to this address. To act quickly we need:
- the address of the font page in question;
- identification of the work and of your right in it;
- a statement that you believe the use is not authorised; and
- a way to reach you.
A family that is the subject of a credible claim is withdrawn from publication while the claim is reviewed. Withdrawal is immediate and reversible: the version history is kept, so a family restored after a misunderstanding comes back exactly as it was.
Privacy requests
privacy@fontserver.ir — to ask what is held about you, to have a review corrected or removed, or to ask any other question about the Privacy Policy.
One thing worth knowing before you write: the service stores no visitor accounts and no raw network addresses, so for most people the honest answer to "what do you hold about me" is "nothing that identifies you". The exception is a review you posted — quote its text or the address you used and it can be found.
Security
Report a suspected vulnerability to abuse@fontserver.ir with enough detail to reproduce it. Please give a reasonable window to fix the issue before disclosing it publicly. Reports are welcome and are not treated as hostile.
Submitting a font
The public library carries typefaces under licences that permit redistribution — in practice, usually the SIL Open Font License. If you have released one and would like it hosted, write to the general address with a link to the upstream project and its licence. Being the designer is not required; being sure of the licence is.
